Rebasing the Factory Partition

Step-by-step instructions for reflashing a unit's Factory (golden-image) partition over USB — bootloader, partition table, factory app, and factory_fs — plus the bench-OTA step that populates ota_0 and prod_fs.

This is the recovery path for a unit that cannot be updated over the air (for example, one shipped without an OTA partition and stuck on the Factory image).
